How Skin Loft Studio handles information about visitors and clients.
Structural outline only. This page lists the sections a finished policy needs. The text itself must be drafted or reviewed by a qualified lawyer for a Florida business before this site goes live.
- 01
What this site collects
- The contact form sends what you type — your name, email, phone if given, and message — to the studio as an email; the site keeps no copy. Its server log records the time, the topic and the sending network address, not the message.
- No analytics or tracking scripts are installed in this build.
- Fonts are self-hosted. The one third-party resource is the embedded Google map on the About and Contact pages, requested from Google only when it scrolls into view; Google may set cookies under its own policy.
- 02
Information you give the studio
- What is collected when you book — online through Acuity (under its own policy), by phone, or by email.
- What is collected at a consultation (skin history, products, medication).
- How long it is kept, and who can see it.
- 03
Third parties
- Google Maps: the embedded map and the directions links open or load Google under Google's policy.
- Financing applications are made directly with the provider under its own policy.
- Any future booking system and its policy.
- 04
Your choices
- How to ask what is held about you, correct it, or have it deleted.
- How to contact the studio about privacy.
- 05
Changes and contact
- Effective date of the policy.
- Contact details for privacy questions.
